What personal data we collect
Contact form
When you reach out through our “Get in Touch” form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, brand or business name, location, Instagram handle or website, the type of project (new hotel concept, hotel under development, recently opened hotel, established hotel seeking repositioning, hospitality brand/experience concept, real estate brand, or other), estimated opening date (if applicable), the services you are interested in (brand strategy, social media, photography and video, website design, print, signage, guest experience storytelling, or 1:1 consulting), and any project details you share with us.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you content related to hospitality branding, our projects, and updates from Butiq. You can unsubscribe at any time at https://butiq.world/unsubscribe/.
Browsing data

Why we use your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and services, including Google (Maps, reCAPTCHA, Fonts), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Vimeo, YouTube, GoDaddy (hosting), and Cloudflare (security). Some of these providers are located outside Colombia; see “International data transfers” below.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form data for as long as our business conversation continues, or until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. We do not retain information longer than necessary for these purposes, unless required by law or contract.
